If you are getting a “This is private…” error message, please try holding your phone horizontally instead of vertically (yeah, makes no sense to us either, but it’s been working). Some other solutions we have identified for most other issues that members experience are (1) not to try to access the weekly reports via the Constant Contact Newsletter, and (2) clear your computer’s cache and then try again to access.
