QUICK FACTS

Teams of up to four anglers.
Fish as a team–win cash as a team!

Primary Divisions: Bluefish, Red Drum, Black Drum, and Sea Mullet
Each team of up to 4 anglers weighs in up to three heaviest of each species in all four Primary Divisions.

Entry Fee: $300 per team by March 31st; $330 per team after March 31st (one entry fee gets you in all divisions except Team Aggregate TWT)

Team Aggregate TWT: Heaviest four-fish aggregate of the team’s single heaviest fish from each of the four Primary Divisions
Team Aggregate TWT Entry Fee: $100 per team (the Team Aggregate TWT is optional–it is offered as another way for teams to win money)

Ways to Pay:
1. You can pay in person at the following locations: Island Tackle, Intracoastal Angler, or Tex’s Tackle
2. You can pay over the phone at (910) 452-6378 (but you will still need to send in a completed entry form)
3. You can mail in your entry form and payment to: Fisherman’s Post, 1320 Audubon Blvd., Wilmington, NC 28403
4. You can pay (and submit an entry form) online by clicking on the “Register Online” link near the top of this page.

Over $10,000 in cash and prizes (based on 50 teams)

Boundaries: Must fish from a Pleasure Island beach.
No boats — No sound or pier fishing.

No Weigh-in Stations: Teams weigh in on Sunday morning from 10:00 am until 12:00 noon at Tournament HQ

Tournament Headquarters: Island Tackle & Hardware warehouse (immediately behind store): 220 Winner Avenue, Carolina Beach, NC 28428

Registration: Friday, April 11, from 4:00 pm – 11:00 pm (everyone must stop by Registration/Tournament HQ to receive their tournament wristband and have the band placed upon their wrist–no exceptions!)
Fish Time Starts: Friday, April 11, 11:59 pm
Fish Time Ends: Sunday, April 13, 11:00 am
Weigh-In Time: Sunday, April 13, from 10:00 am – 12:00 noon
Awards Dinner: Sunday, April 13, from 12:00 noon – 1:00 pm at Tournament HQ
Awards Ceremony: Sunday, April 13, at 1:00 pm at Tournament HQ

Goes to the team that weighs in the heaviest total weight of all fish from all four divisions.

The Wilmington Elks invest in their communities through programs that help children grow up healthy and drug-free, by undertaking projects that address unmet need, and by honoring the service and sacrifice of our veterans.

First Fruit Ministries began in 1998, it has grown to serve over 20,000 hot meals, provide emergency groceries to over 5,000 households, and shelter over 24 homeless women and families annually.
