Fishing Schools

Fisherman’s Post will be putting on three schools in its thirteenth year of hosting these “Hands On” Saltwater Fishing Schools.

The first “hands on” school will be in Wilmington, it is a full day school, and the date is Saturday, February 10, 2018, at the Coastline Convention Center in downtown Wilmington from 7:30 am-5:00 pm.

The second “hands on” school will be in Wilmington, it is a (long) half day school, and the date is Sunday, February 11, 2018, at the Coastline Convention Center in downtown Wilmington from 7:00 am-12:30 pm. This school has special pricing for Youth anglers.

The third “hands on” school will be in Morehead City, it is a full day school, and the date is Saturday, February 24, 2018, at the Crystal Coast Civic Center on Arendell Street from 7:30 am-5:00 pm.

Tournaments

Fisherman’s Post is proud to now offer an Inshore Tournament Trail–consisting of five Flounder/Red Drum tournaments–as well as a premiere spanish mackerel tournament and four major surf fishing tournaments (two in spring and two in fall). Links to all events are located below.
